  1.  Shipping Information

       Regions We Serve

  • We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
  • We do not ship to Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
  • No international shipping outside the USA & Canada at this time.

      Order Processing

  • Orders are packed and dispatched from our U.S. Lattafa warehouse.
  • Processing time: 1 business day (Monday–Friday). National holidays are not counted as business days.

      Estimated Transit Times

  • United States: 2 – 5 business days
  • Canada: 6 – 12 business days

      Carriers Used

  • USA: UPS, USPS, DHL
  • Canada: USPS

      Shipping Rates

  • FREE shipping on orders over US$ 60(USA) or over US$ 100 (Canada).
    • The threshold is calculated after discounts and before tax
  • Orders below the free‑shipping threshold:
    • USA: US$ 8.99 flat rate
    • Canada: US$ 12.99 flat rate

Tracking & Notifications

You will receive automated e‑mails when:

  1. Your order is placed.
  2. Your parcel leaves our warehouse with your tracking link.
  3.  Your parcel has been delivered with your tracking link.

2. Order Changes, Cancellations & Address Issues

  • Change or cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing Customer Care.
  • We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after the 1‑hour window or once a shipping label is generated.
  • If you supply an incorrect address and the parcel ships, the order is non‑refundable and non‑replaceable.


3. Lost or Missing Packages

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered,” responsibility for securing it transfers to the customer.
  • If you cannot locate the parcel, please contact the carrier, file any necessary theft police report, and follow their claims process. Lattafa is not liable for packages after delivery confirmation.

4. Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as postal service or courier disruptions, weather events, or high seasonal volumes. Once your parcel is handed over to the carrier, transit times may be affected by these external circumstances.
  • Additionally, it is not uncommon for tracking numbers to remain unupdated for up to 48 hours after the carrier receives the package. We appreciate your patience and understanding should such delays arise.

 

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

Return Windows

  • Sealed, unopened fragrances: Request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Unsealed but unused fragrances: Request within 3 days of delivery. Item/s must be in brand‑new condition with all original packaging and accessories.

Return Eligibility Checklist

  • Item is in the exact condition received (unused, undamaged).
  • Original box, inserts, protective films, and accessories are present.
  • Return request submitted within the appropriate window (7 days sealed / 3 days unsealed).

Non‑Returnable & Non‑Refundable Items

  • Perfume oils
  • Air fresheners & deodorizers
  • Cosmetics, creams, and other personal‑care products

Return Shipping Fees

  • Lattafa pays return shipping if the error is ours (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
  • Customer pays return shipping for discretionary returns (change of mind, scent preference, etc.).

Return Process

  1. E‑mail Customer Care with your order number and clear photos.
  2. If approved, you will receive a pre‑paid return label.
  3. Drop the parcel with the carrier within 7 days of label issuance. Returns shipped after 7 days will be refused.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Selecting store credit grants you an extra 5 % bonus coupon toward your next purchase.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible only for the exact same product, size, and variant.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will refund you; you may place a new order at your convenience.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Report any shipping damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the outer box, product, and batch code on the box and product. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accommodated.

6. Additional Terms

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the carrier scans the parcel as picked up.
  • We strive for accuracy in product images and descriptions; minor variations do not constitute defects.
  • Lattafa reserves the right to update this Shipping & Returns Policy at any time. Continued use of lattafa-usa.com indicates acceptance of any changes.
